This is one of the later designs for the brand "The Metal Monocle" by a renowned tattoo artist from Leicester, UK, known locally as Thrax (Tattoos By Thrax on FB). The design comes from the well-known grassroots music steampunk rock/metal venue from the same city where the brand originally came from in Leicester cby the same name. This top has the logo of the venue on the back.
