This is design by a talented artist from Leicester, UK called Giles Meakin (Giles Meakin - Art, Design & Illustration on FB). It is one of the many designs of the well-known grassroots music steampunk rock/metal venue in Leicester where the brand originally came from called "The Metal Monocle" with a larger version of this image on the outside wall of the venue.

Purchasing any items from this shop also helps the venue/company to continue to support and host the many grassroot and up-and-coming artists/bands it does, many of which are free entry to encourage support for the bands themselves. This shop also gives these same up-and-coming bands and other independent artists a shared platform to sell their own merch.
